CAPABILITIES
Collection of tissue specimens, medical records and family history data for families with a family history of cancer to support ongoing and future cancer genetics research. Specific protocol title is resource procurement protocol.
Project management to support investigators engaged in cancer genetics research.
Cancer genetics research to support the design and implementation of studies for investigators who wish to expand their current investigation to include research in areas specific to hereditary disease.
Clinical genetic services to assist with the transition of basic science discoveries to the clinical realm.
Consultative services to assist investigators in the design and implementation of cancer genetics studies.
HSC liaison services to provide consultation to investigators on the institutional and national guidelines for conducting cancer genetics research.
Cancer genetics telephone hotline to make research referrals to Siteman Cancer Center investigators.
