CAPABILITIES

Training and assistance with generation of biotinylated or fluorescent-tagged cDNA or cRNA representation of the original tissue mRNA pool, slide hybridization and scanning, and analysis of the data. This core also plans to generate a DDRCC community microarray containing genes of interest contributed by individual members of the DDRCC.
